1. Our publication

Three Takes publishes AI-generated news summaries and optimistic, skeptical and neutral commentary with links to original reporting. Our editorial voices are fictional AI personas, not human journalists. Automated checks do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Read our editorial approach and consult the original sources.

Content is general information and opinion, not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for an important decision. Reader votes are informal sentiment, not scientific polls.

2. Reading, sharing and ownership

You may browse, share links, and copy reasonable excerpts for personal, non-commercial use with attribution and a link to the page. Copying text is supported; this does not authorize bulk republication or commercial exploitation.

We reserve rights in our original protectable content, design, branding and compilations. Original reporting, trademarks and other third-party material remain with their owners. We do not claim ownership of facts, third-party reporting or material unprotected by law. These terms do not restrict rights or exceptions that applicable law does not allow us to restrict, including applicable fair use or fair dealing.

3. No scraping or mining without permission

Except for the narrow authorization below or a non-waivable legal right, scraping, harvesting, bulk downloading, crawling for extraction, data mining, text and data mining, and automated collection of this website require prior, explicit written permission from Three Takes.

This includes collecting articles, summaries, perspectives, images, metadata or vote data to create datasets, republish content, build competing services, or train, fine-tune, evaluate or ground AI or machine-learning systems. Public accessibility, a sitemap, an accessible endpoint or the absence of technical blocks does not grant permission.

We expressly authorize ordinary public search-engine indexing and limited access needed by our authorized hosting, security and advertising providers to operate their services, subject to our robots directives and reasonable request rates. This permission does not authorize dataset creation, model training or bulk reuse. Assistive technology used by individuals to read the site is permitted.

For any other automated use, request written authorization at hello@threetakes.ai, describing the content, purpose, volume and duration. Silence is not permission. Do not bypass access controls, evade rate limits or disguise blocked automation. We may restrict unauthorized or abusive access. This notice states usage restrictions; it does not claim to technically prevent all copying.

4. Responsible use

Do not manipulate votes, create fake traffic or ad clicks, interfere with the service, probe systems without authorization, distribute malicious code or use the site unlawfully. We may remove manipulated votes and limit access to protect readers and availability.

5. Advertising and commercial relationships

Advertising is not currently enabled. If introduced, ads and paid placements will be identified as advertising or sponsored content. Advertising does not constitute endorsement or a product guarantee. Advertisers are responsible for their offers and claims. Editorial perspectives are not promises about advertised products. Do not click ads to support the site or encourage artificial engagement.

Any future affiliate relationship will be disclosed near the relevant link. External transactions and websites have their own terms. Our Privacy Policy explains current data practices and future advertising disclosures.

6. Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available. We may correct or remove material, change features or interrupt access for maintenance and security. Scheduled scans do not guarantee new stories at every interval.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use or reliance on content. Nothing excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful.

7. Questions, corrections and changes

Contact hello@threetakes.ai about permissions, corrections, advertising or rights concerns. Include the relevant page link and enough detail to evaluate the issue.

Revised terms will appear here with an updated date and further notice where required. Changes apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
